On the schedule agreed with the condo board or the property manager, to keep disruption for residents to a minimum: during the day, in the evening, early in the morning or on weekends.

Access to the building is arranged with you during the site visit. Keys and access cards are labelled and given only to the assigned employees. We often ask for a duplicate so we can carry out checks and touch-ups after the employee’s visit.
