Frequently asked questions

When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?

As early as possible. We coordinate with the contractor for the rough clean during or at the end of the work, then for the final clean before the handover date. Include the expected completion date in your request.

What’s the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?

A rough clean removes debris, leftover materials and construction dust. A final clean covers every surface in detail to hand over move-in-ready premises. You can request one, the other or both.

What products do you use?

Most of our products are eco-friendly. If you ask, we use only eco-friendly products.

How do you handle keys and access to the premises?

Access to the construction site is arranged with you during the site visit. Keys and access cards are labelled and given only to the assigned employees. We often ask for a duplicate so we can carry out checks and touch-ups after the employee’s visit.

What happens if something is missed?

Let us know at 438-863-2577 or info@synthex.ca. Satisfaction guaranteed: if you’re not happy with the result, we’ll redo it at no charge. We usually come back within 24 hours, or at a time that suits you.

What area do you serve?

Montréal, Laval, Longueuil and surrounding areas, up to 50 km from our offices. Farther away is possible: travel fees apply and are specified in your quote.
